1. Eligibility for Refund:

You are eligible for a refund only if services have not yet commenced.

• Refunds are applicable if you cancel before an appointment is booked or confirmed.

• Once services are in progress, including visa application guidance, document review, or embassy submissions, fees are non-refundable.

Timeframe for Refund Requests:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 2 days of payment and at least 24 hours prior to a scheduled appointment.

• Refunds cannot be processed for requests received after services have started or within 24 hours of the appointment.

Refund Process:

• To request a refund, contact us at info@ready2goconsultant.com with your payment details and reason for cancellation.

• Once your request is received, we will review it and process the refund within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used.

Non-Refundable Cases:

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

• Services already provided, including visa application assistance or document processing.

• Confirmed appointments that you fail to attend without prior notice.

• Fees paid for administrative tasks such as document preparation, form filling, or embassy appointment scheduling that have been executed.

• Any third-party fees (e.g., embassy or service provider charges) are non-refundable.

Partial Refunds (Optional):

• In certain cases, partial refunds may be considered if only part of the service has been delivered.

• Such cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by Ready 2 Go Consultant.
